Upon check-in a team member will greet you, assist you with weighing your pet and confirm the reason for your pet's appointment. To ensure that wait times are as short as possible, an appointment is required. If you have an aggressive or especially fearful pet please call ahead and we will make every effort to have an exam room waiting for your arrival.
